Kiss off not working

In the case 1 mission for the hornet, when I tell my wingman kiss off in the break, he seems to follow me right into the groove?

Oh it doesn't, except that it's the same mission, and maybe someone would know the answer. Didn't want to create an extra thread for it.

Yes I noticed this as well. AI followed me and ran into me in the groove. Then another time he slammed into the back of me landing on deck. Also the wind direction in that mission is not right if you are using the Caucasus mission. Wind is over the bow so there is a 15 knot cross wind. BRC wind is 304. If you noticed the plane wanting to push to the left hard that is why. I noticed other issues in missions so I just avoid them now and make my own to practice or go into servers that I know are setup properly.

How far behind the ship are you breaking? I found that you have to break overhead the ship or very shortly behind to get a good interval between you and your wingmen.

i'm giving them the kiss off as i go into the break so between 1 and 1.5 miles in front of the boat

Happened to me as well, it followed me and landed maybe 5 seconds after me.

Same. I just watched a tacview on my case 1 with wingman and he almost hit me in the groove. While I did a break and was 1.3 abeam of the ship my wingman did a break and was 0.9 abeam. This resulted in us rolling out into the groove almost simultaneously.

so i found the problem i was having YMMV; the package is actually on ARC 1 channel 1 , not ARC 2 channel 1... e.g. the same chanel as the boat
