When I select dim, it becomes very bright, and when I select bright, it becomes very dim.

Also, red lights on the left side don't make red light cast on the fuselage. It is like green or yellowish

I can confirm this. This happens to the lights whenever there are no external hardpoints installed. And it does not matter what skin is selected.

 

No hardpoints - the DIM / BRIGHT switch behavior is backwards

Hardpoints installed - the DIM / BRIGHT switch behavior is normal

I don't think the switch behavior is backwards. You can see this in the video below: only the "BRIGHT" position is affected by the bug.

Also, the red light casts a yellowish light on the ground, indeed.
