borchi_2b Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 hi guys, i have so many f-15 pictures, but none fits right now the area i need to have a lock at. the side areas of the engines, thats the area i would need. does anybody has a picture of the area? here are 3 pictures of the area i mean and on which i am currently working on i would be happy when somebody could help out. super kung fu, do you have something that could help? http://www.polychop-sims.com
FVMAD Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 this drawing looks like more detailed, than the one you're using, have a look
SuperKungFu Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 yea sure I'll look into it, but just to clarify, which exactly am I looking for. The place where that yellow block is located at? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
borchi_2b Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 the side of the plane, yeah, thats what i need pictures of, i need to see the shape a bit better, cause i have to adjust the area, do you need a new picture where i have marker the area? basically i need the area from the little yellow box to the end at the side of the plane http://www.polychop-sims.com
SuperKungFu Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Yea sure, I'm going to post a couple pictures up, hope its what you are looking for. Sorry Its a rush job since I got 2 finals tomorrow at 8am so I'm a bit short on time. Hope this helps. I have thousands of photos, so if you see something that close to what you want, give me a shout out and I'll see if i can get a better close up 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
borchi_2b Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 yeah super kung fu thats what i need. well good luck with your finals. if you like you can post anypicture of the jet details that you like. the more pictures i have the more detail will be there on the model thanks bro anyway p.s.: you even posted a picture with the swanfeathers at the nozzle, cool, that is rare my cousin told me that they fall of to often during flight so the air force decided to remove them http://www.polychop-sims.com

borchi_2b Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 or rapidshare ? please please please :-) 1 http://www.polychop-sims.com
SuperKungFu Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 lol that's a couple of gigs worth of pictures/videos of the F-15 by itself lol. This is why I bought the terabyte hard drive. Unless you want only the F-15 pictures and the specific close up shots, then I can see what I can do after my finals. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
borchi_2b Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 hey super kung fu, well the whole foíle package would be like a win in a lottery, but i think the pictures of the f-15c are enough, the closeups and other pictures you think are worth it :-) thats about all. by the way, today worked a bit more on the f-15c and did some anymations on the blackbird. i might have found a way to get correct ABs for the blackbird. but i have to talk to yeniceri about it. if it works i will give the knowledge to the community for sure:-) i figured one thing, 2 projects at the same time is alot of work, but fortunatly the blackbird is close to be done your pal, boom boom http://www.polychop-sims.com
SuperKungFu Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Alright sure, next week is my spring break, so I'm going to have some time so I need to separate the F-15C from the A's, E's, J's, I's....etc. Freakin F-15s and their variants....lol. I'll try to get it to you by the end of next week since my new laptop is arriving on tues so I'm going to be doing a lot of reformatting...etc. Cheers and happy to help. Edit: hope you don't mind as I'm creating this package that I throw in the F-15A variant as well, I will separate them into different folders of course, but I just want to give you a heads up that externally, the differences between the F-15A and F-15C are so slight as to make identification difficult; the only reliable indicator is the aircraft serial number. All F-15As have tail numbers starting with 73- through 77-, while F-15Cs have tail numbers beginning with 78- through 86-. If my memory serves me right, the major difference between the A and C is the engines. Their may be several avionics and other "black box" upgrades inside the airframe. the only outward visible difference between the A and the C are some antenna locations, but that will depend upon the specific aircraft. A different location for the ground communication panel, the C was futher forward under the left intake and the C has a beefier main landing gear with a different wheel design then the A.So having some F-15A reference photos could also help. And based on your model pictures, you are already on top of that since I see the sharp antennas at the bottom of the nose and such.
