Here on screen there is diamond mark left from TDC depress, undesignate or any other button or mode switch can't get of it. Designation of new target point does though.

VSSLV option disappears in JDAM TOO mode.

Cage/uncage doesn't recenter TPOD in any mode. It stows it instead. Workaround FLIR ON/STBY works as cage/uncage.

SCS ATRACK/PTRACK do not work at AMPCD

ATRACK/PTRACK might be keybinds related bug, because before reset of all keybinds it was impossible to activate it at all.

That TGT diamond looks like it's from the JDAM, even though you have undesignate the pod, the JDAM still has its TOO coords stored.

VVSLV disappearing is odd, perhaps there is something else happening that hasn't been described. I haven't seen it happens as you described.

Cage/uncage isn't meant to recentre the pod, it's used to toggle LSS. To recentre the pod press undesignate once to Snowplough the pod (7degrees below the horizon) or twice to VVSLV.

Tpod isn't meant to work on the MPCD, so any bug regarding that screen is irrelevant as the ability to display it there will be removed eventually.

Hey Swift! Quick (and I hope not OT) question: is there a way to delete the JDAM target, either a PP or TOO one?

Good question, I've never had a reason to do so and haven't really looked into it. But my gut says no as there would be no need.

There is however a potential bug I was meaning to look at, I think if you have TOO designated in the JDAM you will see a TGT diamond even in nav MM, which seems odd doesn't it.

we talking about latest OB? if so the diamond represents a designated point. when you double tap the nws /undesignate button, VVSLV (not boxed) will show again. another double tap will put the system in VVSLV (boxed) mode. then you point the velocity vector towards the area you want, press the TDC and the new point will be designated. latest stable is still hosed however.

Very interesting, I hadn't noticed the behaviour you describe with the first double press simply displaying the VVLSV and the second double press actually commanding VVLSV.

Admittedly though, I haven't explored all the avenues just yet. The described may explain some funkiness I have observed, as I was under the impression that double pressing the NWS button will always command VVLSV. Perhaps there is a bug here, perhaps not. I will see if I can find out.

JDAM TOO track

Thanks for answers.

Apparently information from some websites that cage/uncage as re-center button for tpod is not correct.

The question remains about VSSLV in JDAM TOO mode, neither undesignate nor double undesignate works.

It appears to be stuck to coordinates in JDAM itself, is it how it should really work? VSSLV_jdam_TOO.trk

FLIR in stable version regardless of steam or not, controls are not implemented. latest OB is what the video by Wags represents.
