Marshalling wands for the plane directors

It's impossible to see the hand signals of the plane director, on cat1 at least, during moonless nights.

This is included in the list of features to be added during EA, so we might see them anytime they release a patch. It's really needed at night.

Desperately need the deck crew to have wands at night.

Also noticed deck crew do not have shadows cast on the deck. Could be a setting I've missed as well. Still, awesome concept with the Supercarrier, thanks a lot.

The carrier lights don't generate shadows, it'd be far too computationally expensive right now, the way DCS's engine handles light sources. Only the sun and the moon generate shadows.
