How to launch VR/Flat outside of game?

Is there a way to make a shortcut that runs the game in flat screen settings and one that runs in VR settings?

 

The only way to switch to flat screen for mission editing, ect is to launch the game in VR seems to be to launch VR and then the game, and then to navigate through the options to disable VR.

 

This is kind of a pain in the butt when I just want to tweak some things in the mission editor or look at a recording.

 

Can I change graphics presets/settings outside of game?

You can use Skatezilla’s DCS update tool to do this. I’m sure there’s also a command line option but I don’t know it.

Need to add - - force_disable_VR to dcs exe exe command.

 

However I use Skatezilla application. Most convenient was to do it.

I have a valve index. I created a normal desktop shortcut using Steam. Now, >>>>as long as I have *power off* to my headset, it starts in pancake mode.
