Arleigh Burke's Tomahawk is launched from Mk41vls with its wings already deployed

Yeah the Burke has got more bugs than fleas on a hound dawg's back.

In this screenshot it launches SM-2 SAM's against incoming missiles but they explode in midair above the ship.

Also, although the CIWS are firing, there's no sound effect with them.

As if all that's not enough, it doesn't seem to want to launch its Harpoons against enemy ships-

How do you even manage to make her fire SM-2 missiles? It doesn't work on my side. She keeps using her CIWS.

Here's a video with Tomahwaks launched from Arleigh Burke (the wings are indeed half deployed while in the launch tube, hitting the ship), then from Ticonderoga (the missile spawns between the tube and the open, hence the wings don't hit the ship). Tracks attached.
