104th_Crunch Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Just another friendly reminder of the 169th Panther's bi-Weekly "Black Sea Battle". Date: Sat Apr 26/08 - Bi-weekly there after (every 2 weeks) Time: 20:30 GMT Length: 3 hrs Where: 169th Server via Hyperlobby or direct IP 64.182.122.159 Red vs. Blue. The mission used for the event is the same mission running on the 169th server for the previous week before the match. The mission is available to fly offline and practice by joining the 169th server and saving the mission to your local hard drive. The goal of this bi-weekly showdown is to promote the Lockon community and generate interest in co-operative online play for this great flightsim. Statistics are tracked and posted on the 169th Forum after each event. All squadrons and individual "lone wolf" players are welcome with registration not being required. Planes are allotted on a first come first serve basis. Inter-squad pre-planning is encouraged. Also, lone players who would not normally get involved in an organized competition are encouraged to join as well. We hope to see lots of virtual pilots and wish everyone the best of luck and a good time! Yeniceri Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 guys.. about the server password and registration for BSS.. lots of guys switch sides during the bss.. a week ago we were fly'n at 169th and a guy from red switched to blue side from red..Hit the blue awacs down. Said "ups..sorry". and switched back to red side..I am afraid that same thing might happen at bss too. Also we (as 141st) cant make an intersquadron planning because we dont know who is red and who is blue until the last minute anymore..I really miss those good old days when blue side get together and try'n to construct an attack plan :( We as Wolfs will be on Blue as always open for any kind of preplaning :) [sIGPIC]http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa200/misikci/41-imza-1.jpg[/sIGPIC] "To infinity...and beyond!.." A little unbalanced player wise for the start then it evened out, but as a good pilot once said, "it's not the quantity, it's the quality"!
