I think they mean the scenes settings.

 

I think I have already unchecked the force scenes setting. I will check it in a couple of hours :)

The missions so far did not force any settings apart from F10 and external views, so hopefully we have the proper settings as Greg did not mess with scenes so far and rightly so. Good find though :)

 

I just wish the game was stable without all the voodoo we have to do, avoid this, avoid that, don't use the ladder in A10 or you CTD etc :)

 

Btw guys, please remember about connection settings, everyone should have it set to LAN - this goes especially to the new people since you may not know this yet.

Hello together,

last session went up a bit unsetisfying. It has nothing to do with to be shut down by enemy planes, but by the way it is possible.

I don't want to sit in a pit were erveryone can see me by using the F5 sight.

We in our squad have made several attempts to detect each other only throu the cockpit an it is nearly impossible.

Even if you fly near by it is hard to detect your opponent. Only by luck.

But in these missions you were shut down in regular intervals and that's not funny.

So for the next missions it would be nice to deactivate all external views.

Oh, didn't even notice the external views and good, I don't think F15 pilots used them as well. But I fully agree they should not be enabled.

 

The biggest problem for me were the freeze/crash issues. It seems to be related with FC3 and this is the main reason we could not compete and provide air cover for our side...Sorry guys but I had 6-7 disconnects due to that and Trooph just gae up at some point.

Yes didn't notice either.Sorry for that but I think also none used them.

 

The crashes were the game and ball breaking issue today :P

I think we will have a break the next week and fly again in two weeks.

Hope there will be a fix until then .
