I never got my hands on em...personally I think it would be nice to have, and I just may have to go get me one of them etch and light pen pads for photoshop soon. I cant get anyone to do the JAWS mod and it would be nice to do so myself...I havent worked with photoshop in damn near 3 years with the exception of my occasional sig.

I have the file and I've been doing some work to it. I never said anything because it's slow going for me, as I've never done anything like this before.

Also, due to my lack in skills in this area :P what I'm doing is a mix between Deadman's template and the detailing of the original Sim-mod A-10. ie, I'm tracing a whole bunch of stuff and copying bits and pieces like the inside wheel wells, inside air brakes etc.

Plus, the Hogbody part of the template has been split into so many layers, it's taking up over 850mb of memory, so every little thing done takes a while in processing time - at least until I can reduce the number of layers.

Well Its been a few months and I have a bit of spare time so I thought I would take out the crayons again I will get these packed as soon as I figure out whats wrong with the TGA s. I make in fireworks then apply alpha channels and save in Gimp or get some one to convert them from png to tga for me. Grayed out lines on the numbers just looks weird.I still have to add some textures and sheild and bits so this is a preview :pilotfly:

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

IMHO, i think this is great. Finally someone other than Rugg is stepping up to create new skins for Sim-mod A-10. However, i think why everyone wants more weather effects is because the colors needs to be slightly tweaked. For example, the green European skin, i think the colors needs to be tweaked in order to blend in with one another. Like this

Also i think the decas should be darker. I think you should match the colors up to Rugg's European skin, same thing with the peanut in your previous pics. However, your flipper seems to be better and also you have better camo patterns.

The original unweathered Euro3 skin used the colors in your picture.

this current picture Euro 1 has an older dark gray in it 26231 instead of the Euro three gray 36081 and as listed in the T.O and taken from the FS color page Sorry fore any confusion.

I made the Euro skin in several versions so there is a bit of choice so everyone is not flying the exact aircraft if they don't want to.

Decas? do you mean decals?

I am not sure what you mean by tweaked? Could you explain?

Not sure how i would get Ruggs colors but i could ask.

All the colors I have used are listed as the real color used in painting the real aircraft thanks for the input
