I only ever see this issue in multiplayer missions, as does everyone else on the sever that I'm playing with. I carry out the proper short form INS alignment and when I get the OK, I press the IFA dial and I get the below screen, the time starts to count up from zero and I loose the TimeUFC and AUTO tags and now get Land & Sea. I never get this in single player. If I move the dial back to NAV the TimeUFC and Auto reappear but the INS then gets screwed up. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. The missions are based in the present day so GPS should be active?

If GPS is not available for whatever reason, moving the INS knob to IFA will command the in-flight alignment procedure. After completing an alignment, when the INS knob is in the NAV position, you can determine if GPS is available by the 'P/INS' advisory. If it's there, GPS is available and you can move the knob to IFA. If it's not, GPS is not available and the knob should be kept in NAV.

Ok I will look for that tonight, move first to NAV, ensure P/INS is showing and then only move to IFA, if not leave in NAV
