I have the Thrustmaster T.6000M, there is a button on the back of the throttle which is like the thumbstick on a xbox controller. I want to use it as a slew for my SOI or Radar, but DCS counts it as a axis, not a button. Since the radar slew is a button, I can't use the thumbstick on the throttle. Is there a way I can change it so it works?

With Thrustmaster Target you can convert the axes into "digital axes" that can generate different key presses on each part of its range.

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar

Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

Did you try axis commands from drop down menu in Controls will not be button but can slew using it?  And find TDC axis you can map it from there I think

I have the same throttle, and as stated above I map it to the two analogue TDC Axis commands. Also drop the total travel to like 50%, saturation I think it is - then you can go full deflection on the hat but the curser doesn't move at the speed of heat across the MFD.

You can do it with programs like Target or Joystick Gremlin. I use Gremlin to have the slider on my warthog throttle throw buttons at 33% and 66% for the P51 mixture lever.
