Pmedic548
I'm failing IC due to this file. I've run the repairer program in DCS and still have the issue. Any advice on correcting this?
Eight Ball
The repair utility only works for your main install. In this case the issue is with the VPC mod in your saved games folder. Just remove it and you should be good to go Find The Links To All My Mods And Liveries Here (in the gallery)

Any advice on correcting this? Employ a Mod Manager, like OvGME. It allows you to disable Mods with a single mouse click and then, when you return to single player, re-enable them again with almost a single click (Menu -> Select Profile): 1 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
schmiefel
Just for personal interest: is this new that IC even refuses e.g. tech mods via savegame directory even if those aren't from any use on a MP server that doesn't implement them at all? - happened to me recently with the VPC airfield mod like in the example above. How can this disturb the integrity or give one any advantage etc.? Instead of ranting at it, why don't you just employ a Mod Manager to disable the Mods before going to MP? it would be more effective. My question wasn't ment as any kind of a rant ... I was just curious. And of course I am using a ModManager and its not that big of a deal for me to activate or disable everything by chance. I was just wondering if that's new, that additional tech mods or even some additional skins, all installed in the savegames directory, would break the IC in MP. razo+r
No, it can happen, but very rarely, that mods in the saved games directory trigger the IC. The VPC one on the other hand seems to be triggering the IC a bit more, in my experience. Edited May 10, 2021 by razo+r
