Which volume slider controls the loudness of the ATC calls for the Supercarrier? Are they different if you have it checked to hear like wearing a helmet?

I would assume your radio volume knobs in the cockpit.

You would assume wrong then, at least for me. 🙂

I turn the volume up to max for that or either radio no matter the airplane and all AI radio calls such as AWACS and ground ATC are still somewhat muted since 2.7.

I have had the same reduction of radio messages post 2.7. I've tested it over a number of modules (including FC3 planes). The messages became almost too quiet to be able to distinguish what was said against the normal background noise.

I've had to turn up the master volume, reduce the world volume and in cockpit volume, and max out the helmet volume to make messages audible without blowing out my eardrums in other views.

Yes, you are correct. There is a BIG difference in volume between using stereo vs 5.1 or 7.1 for some reason.

Yeah, there's something weird going on because my radios and exterior are now WAY too loud, while other sounds are about normal.

I found the audio issues related to my speaker setup. Changing the speaker detection from 'AUTO' to 'STEREO' in my case solved the radio volume issue.

There's been no difference in volume levels for me using either AUTO or 5.1, which I have. It's all muted somewhat. I'm just going to sit down this weekend and adjust everything one at a time until I can tell a difference.
