RCtrl+F9 (catapult view) works fine in live-missions but is INOP in all client/server replay tracks. It used to be operable prior to 2.7.

Appears intermittent. I reproduced it 6 times in a row, then after coming back to DCS a few hours later it works normally.

Revisiting this. The RCtrl+F9 command sometimes does not work unless you first press F9 ship view. For example, if I'm in F12 static object view, then press RCtrl+F9 I get no response. I can, however, go into F9 ship view or LSO view. After F9 ship view or LSO view, I am now able to go to catapult view via RCtrl+F9. Expected behavior is that the hotkey functions regardless of what view you are currently in.

My take on needing to press F9 first is so that the view system can first “select” the ship, so to speak.

Picture a scenario with multiple aircraft carriers present. Using F9 cycles through the ships present. When the correct aircraft carrier is the current focal point, using RCtl+F9 then cycles through the relevant sub views for that specific aircraft carrier.

Whilst this may or may not be how the view system is supposed to work, when you think of it this way, it kinda makes sense. Obviously it’s one extra, and unnecessary step if only one aircraft carrier is present.

Maybe it also depends on plane you fly...When i fly F/A-18 it works...When i fly T-45 mod, it doesn't work at all..

I have replays of me flying a CASE III, where no matter what combination you try, you cannot bring the LSO station view.

Hornet CASE III(8).trk

Here is a track, you can use for a bug report. I could not enter LSO cam, while watching the track.
