They were always both messed up. Not new issue with today’s patch.

I found if you 

1:- Undesignate the waypoint.

2:- Switch to A/A

3:- Switch back to A/G

4:- Box the Waypoint

5:- Designate the waypoint.

The FLIR (either one) will snap to the waypoint...

 

If you undesignate, you will have to repeat the steps.  Just a work around until it is patched.

As I’ve said already, all you need to do to make this work for the moment is to have anything SOI except the FLIR when you designate.

Being new to the F/A 18 and trying this mode a few days ago, I got frustrated and thought it was me which it is mostly..lol   When something breaks from updates, I gotta come here and see if something is broken so I am not pulling my hair out or what am I doing wrong?
