F11 free camera movement bugged/laggy

To reproduce:

 

go f11 view

use scroll wheel

 

Problems:

speed reading is really laggy

changing speed is really slow

general movement is difficult now

 

Seems to have become bugged after 2.7 (not certain)

 

(my mouse is 1000hz poll rate)

I don't know what you call "speed reading".

Scroll wheel seems to have a longer course, now, yes. It's harder to slow down the view speed (see attached track, I tried to follow the taxi and runway using only mouse).

I had no issue with mouse movements.

 

Do you know you can now use your "Z" key to move very fast, and then instantly stop?

Scroll wheel doesn't "fly" you across the map at all now after today's update in OB.

I was an idiot and had it on pause when I tested it. It's working.

In the info bar where the F11 camera's speed is indicated. While paused you could see and set the speed before unpausing the game. Since 2.7 the speed is stuck at 0 while paused, and the camera does not move after unpausing. You can only do it "live" without pausing now. Check the part of this video from 25:49 to see.
