... Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 Has anyone else had issues with Geforce Experience, DCS, and the Windows 10 [DieMWin] process? I wasn't sure about posting it here because I'm also not sure it's a DCS issue, not even a bug, but I did it in case anyone else has experienced this event. He had thought of some kind of incompatibility. In previous versions DCS crashed and the [DieMWin] process appeared forcing the system to restart, but this has not happened again after version 2.7.2. However, Geforce Experience stops recording video and audio. https://launionescuadron.webnode.es/
MAXsenna Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 No issues with me. Latest NVIDIA drivers, latest Experience, latest OB and latest Win10.Only issue I've had is Cortana sometimes wakes up and hijacks audio. Fresh Win10 installation and haven't run the debloater yet as I was testing something. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
rayrayblues Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 I don't use Geforce Exp. I go directly to the Nvidia website and download the newest drivers from there. 1 SLAVA UKRAINI MoBo - ASUS 990FX R2 Sabertooth, CPU - AMD FX 9590 @4.7Gb. ... Posted August 28, 2021 Author Posted August 28, 2021 Solved. DCS was installed on a different drive than the operating system. In addition to this, the SSD had very little free space and the operating system was corrupted with missing or corrupted files. I have fixed this by purchasing a 500GB SSD and doing a clean install of an updated version of Windows 10. I have had no problems again and DCS performance has improved tremendously. 2 https://launionescuadron.webnode.es/
