No, not possible at all.
Client need that information to be able to connect to your DCS server ( or any other server and services ), so unless you want make a server where nobody can connect, it's technically impossible to hid your IP.

It's not dangerous to give your ip address to other people ?

Speacial when sometimes they are streaming ?

what about a dynamic IP service, like http://www.dynip.com/ or https://www.noip.com/ ?

it's just a "shortcut" , it's not a problem to find your ip from that

Yes, create a server that is NOT public, no one will be able to connect to it,  unless say for example a friend you tell your IP to allow him to connect

If you don't have stupid things like DMZ, remote desktop, shared folder with privileges granted to "everyone" in full control, not is not "dangerous" that people know your IP.

The only concerns maybe is that you can be victim of a DOS/DDOS, but let me say that it's not something that happens really often.
Some modem/router and also ISP have a kind of "builtin" feature that will drop DOS/DDOS, so, to me it's a really remote chance.

Well client needs that information, but not the user, right?

Not only that. I once met a young american boy on the internet who entered an IP-address that I gave to him (just as a test) into some interface (highly illegally probably): I gave him an IP that almost ended with the same numbers as my IP and he told me the adress... And boy was that close to my actual adress. Scary. So yes, some might prefer a way to hide an IP from the serverbrowser at least, and show some unique server ID or so instead.

If a DCS client knows the IP address of your server, the user will know it. Just need to open embedded windows tools to find that.

If you're victim of cyberbully or any other kind of persecution, don't show your IP address in the multiplayer server browser of DCS it will not help in stop that!
It will not even help to slow down a bit the things. From an "unique ID" of pubic server it will probably take about 30 seconds or less get the real IP address.

Sad but it's how internet works, nothing that DCS can stop or avoid honestly IMHO.
