wip Landing Gear Hydraulics seem too strong

If you land with gear up and flick the gear lever down, the Hind will just pick itself up without any problems. Maybe hydraulics are THAT strong in the Hind, but i've never seen anything like that

Pretty standard behaviour for most a/c in DCS TBH.

As stated, its pretty similar in all modules, perhaps with the new DM we can look at better results of this. thanks.
