Civilian traffic sound still playing while "Civilian traffic" setting is "off"

Reproduced on Marianas as well.

It seems cars passing by is part of the global environmental noise heard on any terrain (we ca also hear birds chirping and someone building up something out of wood).

Might be a good suggestion to use the Civilian Traffic Off setting to play default outdoor terrain ambiet sounds instead of live town sounds.
