fixed DED course value overflows

Go to ILS page and set the course to arbitrary number. Then go ahead and rotate the course knob of the EHSI so that it gets past 360 degrees. The EHSI course value will restart from 0 after passing north, but DED screen value will increase beyond 360 (like 361,362.. so on).

Confirm. When in PLS/NAV or PLS/TCN the HSI CRS and the DED CRS are coupled. When increasing HSI CRS beyond 360 the HSI course display starts over at 000 but the DED coupled value does not.
