TPOD not working

for the life of me i can,t get the TPOD to work with laser rockets 

i can,t unsafe the laser in the tpod or change to laser 

i think everything is as it should be but very clueless on why it does not work

to unsafe the laser and tpod you need to have a valid target designation.

it seems that your tpod did not correctly initialize. Try turning it to standby and back to operate by pressing the corresponding mfd button.

also make sure that in your ehsd ‚DESG‘ is boxed.

you should also press TDC down to make the current tpod designation your system designation and hold long waypoint increment to make your current system designation (T0) your steerpoint.

Still having problems , i had this down to a science before the big update 

the nose wheel steering undesginate behaves very differently now 

can,t change AR track , SAFE or TRNL seems locked out somehow

Do you do startup by yourself? If so, how are you doing the alignment? Something is wrong, look at your TPOD data. All coordinates read 0, elevation too, slant range is also 0....

The OP's issue looks similar to this TPOD initialization bug when using SSS "double tap" to go from DMT TV to the TPOD page (after TPOD rearming and it's not been used/loaded previously).

 

 

Cycling the TPOD from OPER --> STBY --> OPER should fix his issue but we really need the OP to post a track demonstrating how he's getting the TPOD into it's uninitialized state.

it,s a hot start in multiplayer on the carrier Tarawa 

basicly 

after loading and take of 

master arm 

AG button 

DMT laser code set

Stores select rockets 

right mfd 

select TPOD

but indeed cycling off and on again made it work!!!

nobody told me the HARRIER had a windows operating system!
