If you have been using the FSR Mod you will need to re-install/paste openvr.api.dll, the patch has re-installed the original file.

I know  but people like me that don't usually use mods or that may be using a mod for the 1st time may need a reminder.

Oddly enough it seems, while FSR needed to be re-installed, your version of SharperEye did not and seems to not be affected by this patch.

Depends on what files they update, I always assume that all files get hit and uninstall the mods before the update and reinstall them after… mod managers are essential.
