Tholozor Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 (edited) When an offset is established on an OAP, the offset symbol (+) is rotated on the HSI that aligns itself on the bearing the offset is applied. While not explicitly stated in the NATOPS in words, Fig. 24-12 shows the offset symbol is oriented vertically (relative to the display), regardless of it's relative position to the OAP. The offset symbol is oriented vertically on the SA page, however.
