It's more than just Steam.  I have the standalone and all my purchases are gone.

Edit:  Only the things I previously purchased on Steam and transferred to standalone in Apr/May 2021 are inop.

I had same issue.  It first said I couldn't log in to Steam when I tried launching SteamVR.  I rebooted and logging into Steam worked.  But then DCS gave me the Authorization issues on A10C and Ka-50 only.  Only two of the modules that were transferred from Steam to Standalone.  I had to re-bind the Steam account in DCS profile using the link below.

Steam API had issues earlier and as a result if you had modules linked to your ED account from steam you may find you need to go to the ED website and rebind them to your account.
