investigating Gear indicator lamp missing texture on first mission run

Upon running a mission for the first time after starting DCS, the gear indicator lamp and generator warning lamp have a missing texture. If you exit the mission and refly it, the proper light textures will be loaded.

All subsequent flights will be fine. 

Exit DCS, and start DCS again, and the first mission will have the missing lamp textures again.

Very similar to the old P-51D-30NA cockpit texture issue that's still around.

I can only reproduce in VR so it may be connected to graphics settings.
