This behavior is backward. The FLCS PMG light is inhibited within 60 seconds of NLG WOW signal because the in-flight/ground condition is not yet determined. Once 60 seconds have elapsed with continuous WOW signal the airplane is assumed to be on the ground and the normal ground FLCS PMG testing can occur. This means that the TEST position of FLCS PWR TEST should illuminate the FLCS PMG indicator light if the test is performed on the ground at 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. minutes after battery power is applied. If the FLCS PWR TEST doesn't show FLCS PMG after 60 seconds power this is an indirect indication of NLG WOW failure in the flight position.

Acoording to admittedly Wags' rather old Startup video, the FLCS PWR TEST (2nd startup item, MAIN PWR is on BATT)) should show the FLCS PMG light on while holding the FLCS PWR TEST switch to TEST.

This corresponds to the startup flow in the manual (current revision 30 NOV 2022) on page 137.

Yet ingame the PMG light doesn't illuminate.

What am I missing?
