I'm not understanding anything. there is someone who can write a tutorial as you enter the skin in BS?...and How convert files in .cdds?

Any ideas? I have used the files from here with Shepski 's graphics.cfg file. I have used the files from Lockonfiles. But I still get this bug. I am using JGME to copy these files in though.

If You are using some of landscape MODs and have installed it after Skin pack check grafic configuration.Probably the MOD has overwritten/changed it. If so, edit it again.

Nope I am not using any mods.

This whole process seems like a daft way to allow skins to be added. Why does it have to be so complicated.

Someone could make a modman package, but i'd wait for modman 7. it IS a headache, but the beautiful skins are worth it!

I've had bugs and headaches with these skins, Mitch. Maybe you can help sort it out...

 

A couple of the skins seem to be missing the pylons the weapons are mounted on. I dont think I missed anything, but I could be wrong; maybe a texture??

 

I DL'd your other skin pack from LockonFiles and tried to use it, but now I get this error message, (and sim wont load): ...Ka50\Blackshark\modules\me_coalitions.lua:84:attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

 

any help out there??

Don't Edit "me_coalitions.lua" you must the lines insert in "db_countries.lua"

Mitch, how do I get the digital camo to work with your skin pack??? As far as I can tell I have everthing in the right spot, is there some trick i do not know??

 

seriously, you need to convince someone to make ALL your skins into an .exe; they are very good but I cannot make them all work together!!

I have all ready compressed the file to CDDS pack but still trying to figure out how to update the db_countries.lua and graphics.cfg correctly .
