Cab Posted February 1 Posted February 1 2 hours ago, Supernova-III said: Brakes on pedals is typical solution for Sukhoi planes. And this solution was in use a waaaaay before su-27. Su-17 had brakes on pedals. So I don't think the statement about brakes on Su-27 is true. On su-25, brakes were always on pedals. Really? They got it that wrong? That would be disappointing.

Maxthrust Posted February 2 Author Posted February 2 Still do not expect ED to add analog proportional brakes or nose wheel steering that can be turned on and off like in the real Su-25. That would be a true update, and not just eye candy, so this is a big no. 3

tver.56s Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Being a part of DCS community I would like to share I expect from community manager to clarify ambiguities. We already have been able to notice that feature was requested many time for past serveral years. Could you please share official ED vision on toe brakes feature? Is it planned to be implemented as part of Su-25 update or not? 2
