reported Contour lines missing from ALT map

I just now noticed so I don't know at which point it disappeared, but it had been working before. The countour lines are missing in both Mission Editor and F10 map. Only on Marianas. All other maps display their contour lines okay.

Mt. Marpi area of Saipan, should show a lot of elevation changes:

Still an issue. The "forest" layer in map options disables elevation contour lines. The only way to see them is to hide the forest layer.
