fixed Rain3 still does not include canopy raindrop effect.

Overcast and Rain 3 preset, raindrop effect CONTINUES to not show raindrops on canopies.

However, presets 1 and 2 work just fine.

I take it this did not yet get fixed.  I'm on the latest "Stable Release" and just tried it and confirmed this issue.  I would also add that not only do the rain drops not show up but basically no sound of the rain outside or from the cockpit.
