can not reproduce Left rudder - at mission start or 50% collective - depends on syncronise cockpit controls with hotas controls at mission start

When staring mission, rudder is at 50% to the left of the center...This is with  Syncronise cockpit controls with hotas controls at mission start set to off...

I own TM WARTHOG HOTAS, and my collective axis is inverted in game options...

If i enable Syncronize cockpit controls with hotas controls at mission start, although my throttle is lowered, it adds 50% percent power to collective and my helo starts to takeoff immediately...Check AH64 bug1 trck video

This solution does not not help me - problem is only with DCS AH64, my other modules don't have the same left rudder pedal issue...

My axis are set as axis - do i have to switch to slider? It's not usual to have rudder axis set to slider, or throttle axis...!?
