Greetings, this is a four time repeat over the last two days. While flying as the pilot with a George AI or human CPG my engines show rotor overspeed and then rapid #1/#2 engine failure.  All engine parameters were "in the green" before the event.  Twice with a human CPG we transferred controls and the CPG was able to fly normally.  All pilot displays were blank as if there was complete engine failure.  F2 external views showed no main/tail rotor movement and no engine noise.  All pilot displays were blank (no power condition).  The human CPG reported main rotor movement and normal ops...as if nothing happened.

Best regards,

Freddie

Greetings again, hopefully this track shows the event.  The unprovoked "rotor over speed" and subsequent eng #1/#2 failures happened to me four times yesterday on sequential flights and again today (45% torque, all engine parameters in the green).  This bug is making the Apache unflyable since I crash due to dual engine failure on every flight.  No one else on the server I fly on is experiencing this bug.  I love the bird...but its becoming very frustrating...thanks for your help.  Freddie

I have had this now 2 times as a CPG in multiplayer where engines both die and MPD and TEDAC go blank. My pilot says everything is good on his end. Jumping out of the slot and then back in fixed the desync.

I have had this very same thing 6 or 7 times as a CPG in the Hind also so it's not just localized to the Apache.
