Today we flew with the Apache at night, with NVGs. I could see bright green lines, turns out they were laser beams. The size of 10 Apaches stacked. 😆

I have a track file, but it's too big, therefore I placed it here: http://x51.dg4sfw.de/tmp/Apache_Village_Attack_Night_BadWeather-20220322-195720.trk (Sorry but it takes a while, you can see the laser lines after my second takeoff.)

Screen_220322_202251.png The tiny dot on the left end of the beam is an Apache. 😄

Screen_220322_204430.png This time the beam source is a tank in a village.

From today's changelog:

  • Fixed:Laser designation by JTAC and using NVG goggles can create artifact.

Can you please confirm the bug is gone?

When using the NVGs the Laser now shows as a single bright spot on the target without anything connecting the target and the spotter.

If this is intended then all is good. 😄
