The image from any AWW-13 capable weapon starts to translate immediately after choosing weapon's and AWW-13's boxes on the stores page. The manual says that I need to synchronize them, before I can see something. Checked in the latest OB with AGM-62 Walleye but it can be reproduced with any other smart weapon (SLAM-ER for example)

Why do you think this is an issue again?

If you step to another station you need to manually change the channel.

And how I can receive any image from weapon if I didn’t synchronized them? At the begging of the track you can see that I just chose walleye and boxed the AWW-13. It doesn’t know that I have this type of weapon before I choose it in wpn menu

Sorry I am not seeing anything wrong here, maybe I am missing the point. 

You need to select the correct channel

At the start of the track I get image without selecting any channel or synchronizing AWW-13 with walleye. The image can’t be immediately after boxing weapon and AWW-13. That is described in the manual

Also there was an issue reported that you can get the image from the released weapon even If it wasn't synchronized

Here you can see the instruction that is given in the manual. Despite the thing that I  skip the second paragraph I can still get image, you can check it in the track
