fixed F-16 Radar lock problems

Although many, many aspects of the F-16 have been improved some abilities have been reduced, for me it is the inability to get a radar lock on an enemy aircraft.  I have also noticed that if I fly with a wingman, the wingman gets a lock LONG before I do and frequently has launched on numerous foes before I have a lock, this is not related to ECM usage nor TWS/RWS  - any comments?
