For the first request i can tell you we already have this kind of vapor effect. I guess they toned it down for fps reasons, because you can increase particle amount and size in the script file.

picture shown is with some tweaks to that file.

I have put comments of what values to change. Caution, this affects FPS quite a bit when set to a high value!

Simply replace in your DCS install location: CoreMods/aircraft/F- 16C/Effects.

line 21 to : VaporLengthMax = 4.0, -- meters

the "inlet vapor", is actually Intake Funnel of the water on the ground, it's not vapor (water in gas form), it's actual water..

Regarding Vapor effects. In early stages when the overwing vapor was added to the hornet. I think ED stated that the mach cone/ shock cone was coming to all their modules too. But that this was probably going to be developed with weather moisture system. Is this still a go? and can we maybe get a little update on that? @BIGNEWY@NineLine

I dont have any news to share but it is on our to do list.
