fixed Chaff Flare Both selector binding doesn't work

I mapped the countermeasure selector (switch on the top left side of the hud visor) to my hotas

While Chaff and Flare button works fine, the mapped button for BOTH has no effect. 

I tried different buttons but the binding doesn't work. 

During my test I used the Thrustmaster Viper Stick, CMS button press and CMS button aft. 

Clicking the switch with the mouse works fine and I can reset it to both
