01G8R Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 I find the red and blue colors in the new George target list hard to read. I'm using VR, Varjo Aero. User control of these new target list colors would be great. I tired both color schemes. Colors and font are different in the Hind. No problems reading it in the Hind. I also notice double vision where the menu display from one eye isn't aligned with the other in both modules. Not always terribly mis-aligned, but always double. Sometimes not even overlapping, but far enough apart to read twice in the same line. Never had this issue with the old menu.
Hotdognz Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 Yep its very hard to read in VR in the Apache (G2) both colors could do with being brighter.
spikenet Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 Agree I'm going cross-eyed trying to read it in VR. But huge improvement on what we had! Thanks Colours arnt great for reading, but not sure how they can make that better beyond changing the background colour of the text.

If they copied that to the 64 and fixed the alignment it would be perfect. 2

JohnW71 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 I find the red hard to see in 2D just from being a bit colour blind. The yellow/green for free fire/hold fire is also too similar for me. Maybe one day these things might be changeable as a setting, can always hope!
corbu1 Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Red, Blue and yellow colors work well for me in VR VivePro2. But I understand with lots of different monitors in 2D and even different VR headsets in 3 D, there can be problems with predefined colors. Maybe optional adjustable settings for these colors could help users.
