scommander2 Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 I am not trying to act as a top gun 2. I faced a scenairo that I could not lower my landing gears and not adjust my wings back to auto while landing my F-14 on CVN-71 after bombing an emeny base. No warning was on at my advisory indicator. I guess the ejection is only solution? Thanks. Swordsman422 Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 This belongs in the Supercarrier forum, as it is a feature pertinent to that module and not the F-14. If this had been about the Forrestal, it'd be a different story. Anyway, no, the barricade and barricade recoveries have not yet been implemented for the SC module.
9thHunt Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 supposedly they are planned at some point, but who knows.
joey45 Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 It's modelled and animated just needs the code.. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Arew Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 You can force the gear down by twisting the handle - though the scenario you’re in is usually caused by loss of hydraulic functions and you should head toward the closest divert field for a straight in approach
