MadKreator Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 I don’t play in VR all that much, but I use a no name brand cable from amazon that says “Quest Link Compatible”. It is usb c on both ends and only tests around 2.8 as well, even though it says up to 5 gigs. Oculus software seems to thing that’s sufficient. I don’t seem to have any issues really until I crank the graphics and resolution up to high for the quest 2 to handle. Then it just sits there and does nothing. Also using windows 11. Nealius Posted September 10, 2022 Posted September 10, 2022 (edited) I use the Ankler USB-A to -C cable in a powered USB hub. My only complaint is that after 18 months of use, the bends in the cable seem to cause issues with the headset being disconnected if you touch the cable a certain way. I used the exact same cable and I had the exact same issue! I now have a 9€ VRcover USB-C link cable that not only keeps charged the headset while playing but also have 2.9gbps connection.
