Since so many maps and modules are coming out I am running out of space in one of my SSDs is it possible to have a feature to install modules in different drives like steam so that I can better utilise my free space ?

Well, Steam doesn't really do that, does it? Aren't you limited to installing complete games to different repositories?

Anyway, you can do it manually this way.

Cheers!

I meant I can install 2 different games in two different drives in steam. Something like that for the standalone dcs client. Thanks for the link I'll check it out !

Yes, but you can't install the game on one drive and its DLC on another.

Yes you can; but you'll have to do a little research on how to do symlinking.

In the meantime, I've put a request in to Nineline with this subject in mind, and he seems to have accepted it, and understands the necessity of it in the coming timeline.

But for now; what you're looking for is called symbolic links.

Roger!

It's easy anyway. Make sure you read the article, and if you want to to it even easier, there's a link in it to shell integration, so have a "GUI" for drag and drop. No need to use the command line if you don't want to. 😊

Cheers!
