I experienced it in "my missions", so it isn't just FC3 campaign issue.

Recently, I installed english cockpit mod to find out what these signal lights (on the right hand side) are trying to tell me.

This is from the first mission of the campaign for Mig-29:

<Here's a picture showing lights [DOUBLE HYD FAIL] and [DAMPER OFF] lit in red at the start of the mission after switching power on.>

I contacted the ground crew and ordered repairs...

PLAYER: repair

Ground Crew: copy>

Waited for a while...

Spoiler

<Here's a picture showing it is 07:11 (at least 300 second later) and the Mig isn't repaired.>

Therefore, the ground crew can't cope with this issue. Hope you can do better.

I spent more time on it and found the reason for my issue.

To start the engine the plane must be throttled down. The throttle doesn't move (neither in the cockpit or on cotrols indicator (RCtrl + Enter)) before engine is running. That's why I haven't noticed it isn't throttled down. Recently I bought new pedals and DCS assigned one of their axis to throttle. I missed it, so I couldn't start the engines.

I guess the solution is check your binds before posting on the forum.

so I couldn't start the engines

Nowhere in the OP you said there was a problem with starting engines, so please describe the problem better next time. Hope for no problems 🙂

Yeah, it got lost in the edit once I saw I need an URL instead of a path to paste images. I did screenshots showing I could restart hot started Mig and the hydraulic light was off, but the one on the ramp wouldn't start. In actuality, I managed to do it, because I wasn't touching pedals at the time and they weren't messing with throttle input.

I managed to fly Ka-50 for over a year without signig up to the forums, so I hope there won't be next time. 😉
