Sorry, but in nowhere it explained that is not gonna be followed the same procedure with next early access modules. So, due to the reason that nothing is written regarding to this topic, everybody can think, logic, that same procedure will be followed.

Exactly this. And there are no reasons to why this can't be easily done, unless there is only one person that knows how to do this and that person is unavailable. This doesn't bode well for the future. 🤷🏼‍♂️

But anyway I will stop posting here about this, waiting for next modules way of proceed....

No, we should continue to keep posting about this, because it doesn't make sense, and it would actually be in both ED's and 3rd parties' interest to have the specific sections during EA to drive potential sales. I module with lots of user content could be more attractive. Fixes like Myse's. Liveries, even if they break, but why would they? Controller setups, check lists, the list goes on. That some users do not see this or share the same opinion is beyond me. 🤭

I’ve posted enough, on several threads … but I don’t want to become bitter, so I’m moving on to more enjoyable activities, will leave the Mirage aside for a bit and focus on something else, ED can do with our request whatever they want, I no longer care 🤐

Maybe we can get this prioritized right under 'Sky is Falling'

At last! ... today the Mirage F1 section was added to User Files 🙏

I will re-test my missions on DCS 2.8 and then share them on the new section 🙂

I literally base purchasing decisions on whether or not a plane has any content on the user files section, a few planes have very little to do with and I have not made those purchases based solely on that. I really want this mirage but the lack of content for it is worrisome.

That's why learning the Editor is so useful, as you stop depending so much on missions made by other users. You don't need to become an expert at it either, as a very easy way to have more missions is to take other aircraft's missions and just replace the main aircraft ... for example converting-adapting Mirage 2000, Northrop F5E or Mig-21 missions.

I am not a huge fan of single missions though, I like playing through a campaign where you feel like there's an arc or some kind of end goal. Just jumping into a single mission is like firing up the quick mission maker over and over again. That's the biggest issue I have with DCS is the absolute lack of dynamic or even generated campaigns. IL2's campaign system isn't technically dynamic its just a mission generator that keeps track of stats and makes new missions on the fly for you, it sticks to a timeline and moves you on through a set period of time. Nothing dynamic about it. It however lets you feel as though you are participating in something. DCS lacks even that. If you can't get a user made or official campaign you might as well just fire up the quick mission generator over and over and write your stats down on a piece of paper like its 1992. Sadly the games in the 90's had better singleplayer options than even DCS does.

There is nothing stopping us from adapting a whole user Campaign, you are not limited to single missions.

Well, to each its own .. I prefer scripted Campaigns, like those created by @Reflected or @baltic_dragon ... they are so much more immersive than the Dynamic Campaigns that I have flown in the past (EF-2000 and BMS), with proper voiceovers and interesting storylines .. there is no way that a dynamic Campaign could be like this.

Lmao cmon bro sorry but fake scripted campaigns in dcs are nothing compared to bms. Bms does it so good it's not even a comparison. The entire campaign is running non stop with or without you in that game. You can literally play it like an rts game. Having some 15 mission fake scripted single missions that have zero bearing on your next mission is not in any shape or form better than what bms does. Hate to break it to you. Sure some scripted campaigns can be fun but when nothing you do even matters it's a total immersion killer and it plays the same way every single time you play it. They really got this forum locked down with true believers in dcs don't they?

I just had my entire thread deleted I spent 20 minutes writing cause I mentioned il2s campaign system. Yall are truly indoctrinated here arent you. Sitting here pretending some cheap script campaign is in anyway comparable to Falcons live dynamic campaign.

Who said I disliked the game? It's a great game just severely lacks content. It's been that way for nearly 15 years. Not once in that entire time has anything gameplay wise been added to the game. Thank god they have the true believers like yourself here to defend them though. You seem to be one of those it's a SIM not a game!! type of guys who gets enjoyment out of learning each switch on the cockpit. Some people like myself still want decent gameplay to go along with the switch flicking.
