Hello,

the airshow smoke has severely reduced in 2.8.

Here is a test done in 2.8 OB and 2.7 stable.

L-39C AI, WP1 300m, 450 km/h - smoke on, WP2 over runway action perform aerobatics loop:

This is how it looks in DCS 2.8

How it looks in DCS 2.7 stable:

Regarding performance, maybe it's okay to shorten the effect a bit, but the reduction we see in 2.8 is a bit too much from my point of view.

I wouldn't worry about the performance, since it is a niche thing anyway.

Problem is, without a certain durability of the smoke it is rendered pointless.
