Mirknir Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) When trying to CCRP GBU 10 bombs on my target, I noticed the TGP marker on the HUD was way off comparing to where the TGP was actually looking (see picture). The marker was moving when I slew the TPG but was just way off. I was flying a HOT Beslan F16 thus with correct INS alignment and QNH setup. I have the open beta DCS/2.8.0.32235 The mission is attached It was online with a friend on a local dedicated server I don't want to exclude a pilot error but searching how to fix this kind of offset, I saw it reported more as a bug than a IRL problem the pilot can encounter. I saw this related thread that was flagged as FIXED in September so it may be related or not cold-equation-0-3-2.miz Edited November 16, 2022 by Mirknir 1 Mirknir My old server: The Thread

It's not as offset-ed as the other screenshot but you can clearly see the problem I think TGP-marker-way-off-on-HUD.trk Edited November 16, 2022 by Mirknir Mirknir My old server: The Thread
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted November 16, 2022 ED Team Posted November 16, 2022 Hi, apologies but we can not use unofficial mods on our debug builds, the mission has the civilian aircraft mod enabled. you are sure it is not a slew error that needs to be resolved with CZ ( cursor zero )? QuiGon Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) @Mirknir What's the ingame date of the mission? EDIT: @BIGNEWY I just looked at the date in the mission file. It's 1987, so no GPS available. Looks like an INS bug to me that is already reported AFAIK. Edited November 16, 2022 by QuiGon Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
