Is possible to slave the TGP to the helmet mounted sight? what I want to do is to designate a target trough the helmet, make the TGP look there and then fine tune and designate the intended target using the TGP. Is possible?

yes.

switch to AG mastermode, be looking outside with JHMCS on, SCS forward to make your helmet SOI.

now you should see the a segmented circle-like symbol in the helmet. put it over the target and designate. now the designation will be on the ground. you can also move it around with TDC now.

you can refine it on FLIR page like any other designation.

Hello

To stay on the same subject: is it normal that when you designate a target on the ground with the helmet it is the current navigation point that is designated as the target point?

Even if on the SA page we obtains a HAFU symbol, I would have more easily imagined that the target is the designation point and not the navigation point: if one wishes to assign an axis of attack to the target that one has just designated, it is the navigation point transformed into a target point that will benefit from the run!

thank you

That one is a bug. It's fixed internally.
