Not seeing an upgrade option even with ownership of Black Shark 2

EVERYBODY WITH THIS PROBLEM!!

It was becuz i bought it on steam! so i had to buy the upgrade on steam and then transfer it from steam to standalone like normal.

If you bought Black shark 2 on steam you need to use steam again to upgrade.

My upgrade worked flawless this morning @10AM Pacific time, but all my DCS products are standalone...however, the world module manage is slow to update so I am not able to activate BS3...must be from the network traffic congestion from all the download requests...lol

My BS1 was originally purchased on stream but it was changed over stand alone, and upgraded by ED to BS2. Also steam clearly states " This content requires the base game DCS World Steam Edition on Steam in order to play.", which I do not use.

my bs2 was completed in 2011 (similar to yourself).... i'm wondering if our issue is starforce related!....according to nineline in the faq it maybe a problem for us with an older install.

BS2 upgrade I bought from here in ED store.

For BS3 I should pay now 69,99€, what is the reason for that?

I have the same situation. I've got the BS1 case, DVD, and a receipt (managed to find all of it after 15 years)... and I have the serial number for the BS2 upgrade... but I don't have the connection between the old Starforce number (which I can't find) and the BS2 serial number, and can't find any serial number in BS1... so no upgrade option to BS3...

This is weird.

 

In the E-Shop when I click on Modules all the ones I own say "BOUGHT" beneath them... EXCEPT for Black Shark 2.  Except... I do own this, and within my purchase history the store says I own this.

Why does it not say I own Black Shark 2 in the e-shop?  I bought every module from ED, direct through this site.

 

However, I do own "Upgrade from DCS: Black Shark 1 to DCS: Black Shark 2"  That shows that I own.  Is the e-shop not counting this upgrade as valid?  Why not?

Not counting this upgrade as valid for now looks like.  I too have the upgrade.  Converted to stand alone from steam.

If you bought BS1 in ~2008 and upgraded to BS2 a while ago, you can merge the BS1+BS2 into a proper BS2 license and then the discount to BS3 will show up.

There is a menu in the bottom left of the license page to convert a BS1+BS2 upgrade to BS2.

This doesn't work if you went from bs1 steam ----> bs2 upgrade standalone.   bs1 steam has no key to fill in that merge.

I bought the Black Shark 3 upgrade. I logged in I clicked on the buy now the price quoted was $70.00. I clicked buy noy and when I went to the confirm order page the price quoted was $9.99.

Hello, sorry I don't know how to help you because I have the same problem as you. I couldn't even install the combat flight simulator - DCS on my new machine. I really don't know where it went wrong? Because I tried downloading the techloky game mod hacks and it still installs and works pretty well. Is my phone not compatible with DCS games? Does anyone have a solution, please help me, because I really want to download DCS to play. Thank You!

Same problem. Bought BS1 in 2009, upgraded to BS2 in 2011. Store is only showing full price.
