Question about the updates: i use manual install method. should i habe extra folders in mx DCS/mods/tech folder like shown in the screenshot or should i copy the files in one of these folders? :-)

You only need the first folder. The files in the second folder are only for people using older versions to update to 1.1.5.

This is why I’m still staying with Version 2.9.4, as the ballistic like trajectory still works well and currenthill's mods can still perform like an exoatmospheric intercepts.

here is SM-3 and THAAD intercepted a MRBM at an altitude of 83km / 272,310 feet. And luckily, currenthill's new mods still working well on outdated 2.9.4 so far, so I haven't needed to update yet

I was actually thinking about this and I am looking into modern Russian tank camouflage.

If anyone who is good at 2D texturing could provide me with a couple of modern Russian vehicle camouflage pattern PNGs in 4096x4096, that would be very appreciated and save me time to continue the work on other assets.

Toni, you probably didn’t notice the theme here, Currenthill really only does CURRENTly in service mods.  You would need to talk to the Admiral about the retro stuff.  I like your list though, I prefer the late Cold War stuff myself.

Agree that the Admiral is a good place to go for these types of vessels.

 

Don’t forget that Sea Power is also being released soon so should also scratch that particular itch.
